COMPANY

The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP) collects under a single institutional structure significant government assets aiming to their more efficient operation and exploitation.

SUBSIDIARIES

The Corporation’s portfolio includes significant government assets, through its direct subsidiaries, HRADF, ETAD and HFSF, as well as through its participation in a number of public corporations.

OBJECTIVE / OUR ACTIONS

HCAP promotes reforms to the public enterprises, including restructuring, to overcome past weaknesses and problems, and to exploit new opportunities.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

HCAP has been set up, operates and fulfills its corporate purpose by adopting modern practices of corporate governance and regulatory compliance, reflected in its Internal Regulation, aiming at continuous improvement of transparency, good administration, accountability and effectiveness. In this spirit, HCAP strengthens and educates its subsidiaries with tools and modern policies to achieve better and more effective management to ensure their sustainability and smooth operation, to develop and promote investments in new services and infrastructures and generally the modernization and better service of citizens.
