According to the provisions of article 189 of the law 4389/2016, HCAP’s Internal Regulation which regulates
the operation of the Company and its direct subsidiaries (excluding the FSF) and is based on international best
practices and the OECD guidelines, has been adopted by the General Assembly of the sole shareholder.
